Usage and Care Instructions

Before first use, wash the cookware withhot, soapy water. Then apply a small amount of cooking oil (except olive oil) to the entire interior surface and heat for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Before each use, preheat for one minute over medium heat with a thin layer of cooking fat. Avoid metal utensils, cooking spray, and excessively high temperatures. After use, let it cool before washing by hand with a soft sponge.
