These steak and pizza knives are made from food-grade stainless steel. Their composition protects them from corrosion in humid environments and gives them excellent strength. Their red handles are made from a composite wood: Polywood. This material combines polymer and plant fibers from Brazilian pines. As a result, it is waterproof, shockproof and resistant to high temperatures.

According to Tramontina's guidelines, the wood is treated, so these knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, we strongly recommend hand-washing for maximum durability.
