Sear your meats with the Beka Nomad frying pan!

The Nomad range is inspired by nature, with a sturdy, durable design and an authentic look.

Made from carbon steel, this frying pan is ideal for searing all your meats, and can even be used on the barbecue as it resists high temperatures. Natural, it has no chemical coating and its non-stick qualities develop with use.

Carbon steel is a highly resistant material, and its performance gradually improves with use after browning.

Here are a few tips on how to get the most out of your frying pan:

1. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly (after each wash, dry the pan well to avoid any risk of corrosion).

2. Heat gently with cooking oil and spread the greasy film evenly over the bottom and edges by rotating the pan.

3. As soon as the oil begins to smoke slightly, carefully remove the excess and wipe the pan dry with a paper towel. Gradually, the pan will darken and become evenly browned.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.

5. Before storing, clean with hot water and dry thoroughly.

This frying pan has an athermic handle made of acacia wood, which is naturally antibacterial - the irregular appearance of the wood is a guarantee of its authenticity.

Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, it is not oven-safe.

In order to preserve the culottes and all the qualities of this pan, it is not dishwasher-safe. We recommend washing it by hand in soapy water and drying it immediately.
