Gefu Tenera all stainless steel meat tenderizer

The Gefu Tenera meat tenderizer is made entirely of high-grade stainless steel, an alloy renowned for its resistance over time, particularly in the face of oxidation. It also gives no taste to the food with which it comes into contact.

The tenderizer's tip is solid, which considerably increases its weight, for optimal flattening of meats (such as escalopes). With just a few strokes, evenly distributed over the surface of the meat, your meat will appear finer and more tender, and will be easier to cook.
