Alla France digital thermometer fork ideal for barbecue

This Alla France thermometer fork is an invaluable accessory for controlling the cooking of your favorite meats. This makes it the perfect tool for tasty barbecues.

This device is made up of two parts:

- the lower part acts as a thermometer

- the removable upper part, which is the fork you'll be sticking into the meat. This part can be unscrewed and is dishwasher-safe.

All you have to do is stick the two prongs of the fork into the heart of your meat, having first selected the type of meat you are processing. If the temperature is right, an alarm will sound.

You can choose from 6 types of meat: beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal and lamb (represented by small pictograms). They can be cooked according to 4 cooking settings (visible on the thermometer handle).

What's more, the backlit digital display makes it easy to read the data displayed, and you can even set them in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit (thanks to a small button visible on the back of the device, in the battery area).

A ring at the end of the thermometer lets you hang it up. Instructions and a standard cooking chart are included in the packaging.
