This La Bonne Graine cheese grater mill is a good example: it has a vintage look! It's made from stainless steel, guaranteeing strength and durability.

It's a manual grinder, so all you have to do is turn the crank a few times to grate any cheese in a matter of minutes!

It comes with two different-sized drums for fine grating of Parmesan and coarser grating of Gruyère. It is also suitable for all other hard cheeses.

The grater can be completely dismantled for easy, thorough cleaning. For ease of use and to save time, you can put the whole unit in the dishwasher. We still recommend cleaning by hand with a little washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
