Util-Chef Bargoin HACCP serving spoon 28cm

This spoon from Bargoin 's Util-Chef range will perfectly meet the expectations of kitchen professionals.

The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel.

The ergonomic handle is made of black food-grade polypropylene for optimum grip. Its 4 non-slip notches enable you to place the spoon on the edge of dishes at different heights. They also fit perfectly around your fingers.

The handle is slightly curved, allowing you to grasp it easily when it's laid flat on the edge of your dishes or worktop.

In addition, this spoon has anti-slip zones on the top and sides of the handle, to avoid dropping it into your preparations if your hand is greasy or wet.

What's more, to comply with HACCP standards and avoid cross-contamination when using your Utensils in the kitchen, this spoon comes with a bag of different colored tablets (black, blue, red, yellow, green) so you can easily differentiate your Utensils. In this way, you can easily limit the use of this particular utensil to a specific family of foods.

It also complies perfectly with HACCP hygiene standards, making it ideal for use in cafeterias, restaurants, butchers, caterers and other establishments.

Last but not least, it's dishwasher-safe, so you'll save even more time.
