Cole & Mason preservative for fresh-cut herbs

This Cole & Mason herb preservative is designed to extend the shelf life of your fresh herbs by around 10 days, so they don't go to waste. Indeed, every cook knows that herbs never stay at their best for long, which is annoying when you plan to use them within several days.

It consists of a main container and a transparent lid. The tray needs to be filled with water, and you can see at its base the maximum level that must not be exceeded. This water is used to keep the cut stems of your herbs moist, so that they remain edible day after day.

You can arrange up to 3 different types of herbs in the tray, thanks to the 3 removable dividers included. Then place the transparent lid on top, to close the preservative. However, this lid has vents, which allow the herbs to "breathe". The fact that the lid is transparent means you can judge the condition of your herbs at a glance, without having to open the preservative.

The dimensions of the preservative allow it to be inserted into most refrigerator doors, for easy access to your herbs. It's a practical and inventive solution for keeping your herbs fresh, ideal for adding flavour to your dishes!
