WHICH PASTA MACHINE TO CHOOSE?
There are manual and electric pasta machines. The most common is the manual pasta machine! It's simple and effortless to use, with a crank to operate the rollers that will flatten the dough to the desired thickness, which can be set directly on the machine. The rollers are generally non-stick, which prevents the dough from sticking, for easier dough handling.
Depending on the pasta machine you choose, you'll be able to make many different types of pasta: tagliolinis, tagliatelle, lasagne... And depending on the machine model, you'll be able to vary the type of pasta even further with various additional accessories that you can add to make: wavy lasagne, spaghetti, ravioli, etc., according to your preferences.
WHY MAKE HOMEMADE PASTA?
Fresh pasta is richer in fiber, so it's lower in calories, better for digestion and cooks much faster than store-bought pasta!
