Make your freshly prepared pasta with ease, without tiring, with this motorized pasta machine. You'll be able to make 150mm-wide lasagne, 1.5mm tagliolini and 6.5mm fettuccine, to name but a few. Also, the anodized aluminum roller has a delicately rough surface structure, giving your pasta a porous texture. This makes for better seasoning of your pestos.

The 10-position control knob offers a wide range of pasta formats.

Here's a breakdown of the possible positions:

N°0: approx. 4.8mm; N°1: approx. 3.7mm; N°2: approx. 3.1mm; N°3: approx. 2.4mm; N°4: approx. 1.8mm; N°5: approx. 1.5mm; N°6: approx. 1mm; N°7: approx. 0.8mm; N°8: approx. 0.6mm; N°9: approx. 0.5mm.

Maintenance:

This machine is not dishwasher-safe. However, it is easy to clean with a cloth or a simple brush to remove residues.
