Description
This set of 4 3 Claveles Angus steak knives will delight all meat lovers, for fast, simple and efficient cutting! They allow you to cut without damaging the meat.
The blade is made of 3Cr13 stainless steel, an alloy renowned for its resistance to corrosion and shock. Its 12cm size is ideal for use both at the table and in the kitchen. The blade is serrated to gently cut meat without tearing.
Each handle is made from ash wood, a dense, resistant wood. The shape of the handle perfectly matches the lines of your hand, for perfect ergonomics during use. Note that the appearance of the wood can vary from one tree to another within the same species. So each handle is unique in its shade, grain and knots.
The handle is finished off with 3 rivets for added strength.
We recommend washing your knives by hand, not in the dishwasher. This way, you'll be able to preserve their beautiful appearance over time!

Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but these knives are huge, not only in length but also in width and thickness, and contrary to some comments, they tear meat up more than they cut it. I'm not satisfied with this purchase, and with their size they don't fit in my knife storage or in the top rack of my dishwasher... it's more like a Rambo knife than a steak knife!
