Turn your Incroyable Cocotte into a real steamer with the Cookut bamboo basket! Made from natural, eco-friendly bamboo, it lets you cook your food gently, preserving its flavors and nutrients.

Thanks to its perforations, this bamboo steamer basket ensures even steam distribution for optimal cooking of your vegetables, fish, rice, buns, meat or dim sum.

Its stackable design allows you to stack up to 3 baskets on top of each other and prepare several foods at the same time, without mixing flavors and saving time.

The versatile, easy-to-use steam basket

Available in two sizes, 24cm or 28cm, this steam basket fits perfectly with L'Incroyable Cocotte Cookut's corresponding sizes. Versatile, you can also add a steam cooking sheet to prevent food from sticking, the 24cm or 28cm steam tray, the 24cm or 28cm steam basket, as well as the glass lid.

Using the basket couldn't be easier:

- Bring a few centimetres of water to the boil in the Cocotte ;

- To prevent food from sticking to the baskets, place a leaf of cabbage, salad or steam paper at the bottom of each basket;

- Place the food to be cooked in the baskets;

- Place the baskets on top of the Cocotte and cover with the lid.

When finished, simply rinse the steam basket with hot water. Dry well, and you're done!
