The Icel 11cm angled spatula features an X50CrMoV15 steel blade . This stainless steel is particularly resistant to corrosion due to its high chromium content. Acidic elements such as lemon or tomato will not affect the quality of the steel either. This steel offers a balance between flexibility and strength.
The blade measures 11cm, an ideal size for sliding food without damaging it thanks to its rectangular shape. It can also be used to cut and serve quiches and tarts.
The spatula complies with NSF food safety standards. Made in Portugal.
