Icel is a brand located in Portugal whose family workshop was founded in the 40s by 3 brothers. In the workshop, steel was worked and cutlery for agriculture and cooking was produced. Initially, the range included pocket knives and knives made entirely by hand. The steel used was carbon steel, and the handles were made from animal bones and horns. Production was simply local, but soon expanded to the regional level.
Today, Icel offers quality knives that are distributed worldwide. One example is the collaboration between the brand and Swedish chef Christian Campogiani: the Icel Anarchy knives, comprising three chef's knives, a boning knife and a bread knife. But Icel is also a cutlery set of cutlery and equipment forprofessionals. Professional stainless steel kitchen spatulas and professional knives for many different trades, such as butcher, fishmonger and cheesemonger.
