Arcos Riviera White design Knife Block 4 knives + scissors NITRUM stainless steel

Slice, dice, chop, mince and more with the knives and utensils in this Arcos Riviera White block!

In fact, it offers you a set of kitchen essentials:

- 1 10cm paring knife

- 1 15cm carving knife

- 1 bread knife 20cm

- 1 chef's knife 20cm

- 1 pair of scissors 20cm

Each knife features a NITRUM®forged stainless steel blade. This is a proprietary Arcos alloy composition that gives the blades exemplary durability and sharpness. This steel is notably enriched with nitrogen, and achieves an average of 57 HRC on the Rockwell scale. You'll enjoy clean, precise cuts for a long time to come.

What's more, each knife is forged, i.e. formed from a solid bar of steel. The knife is therefore fuller in the hand, more balanced, and we avoid the sticking points that weaken knives.

Each knife also features a POM (Polyoxymethylene) handle in a beautiful, pure white. This high-quality plastic material absorbs very little water, making for sturdy, long-lasting handles. Two properties confirmed by the 3 rivets that enclose the full tang blade in the handle, reinforcing its structure.

The block is perfect for storing your knives and scissors. Its slender design and sober black finish give it an unmistakable elegance that's sure to find a place in any kitchen!

Combine the useful with the pleasurable with this Arcos Riviera White block: enjoy an all-purpose knife and utensil set as well as an elegant object to enhance your worktop.
