The blades of these knives are made of NITRUM stainless steel, a high-quality alloy that gives them incredible durability and a formidable cutting edge.
As for their black PP handles (polypropylene, a high-quality plastic), they are easy to grip, for absolute control of your cuts. In addition, this material is extremely sturdy, making it ten times lighter and softer to use. What's more, the stainless steel rivets are guaranteed to resist corrosion.
