The sauté pan features a non-stick ceramic coating guaranteed free from PFOA, PTFE and PFOS, for healthier cooking. In fact, only a little oil is needed for cooking: it's good for your health and ideal for your taste buds! What's more, the ceramic coating is easy to wipe clean.
The Arcos ceramic sauteuse is compatible with all burners (gas, electric, vitroceramic and induction) and can also be put in the oven up to +220°C (without lid). Its Full Induction Energy Saver base ensures fast, even cooking, even on low heat, and saves you energy. Its low, wide shape is ideal for stir-frying, simmering or saucing, and you can even use it in wok or stewpot mode, depending on the mood of the day!
It comes with a lid with a steam hole to prevent overflow during long cooking. It limits pressure to prevent splattering. It lets you master slow cooking to perfection.

To preserve the ceramic lining of your Arcos sauté pan, take care not to overheat the pan, and keep it on a low to medium heat. Do not use metal utensils inside to avoid scratching the coating. Clean by hand with a soft sponge: no need to scrub! The lid can be rinsed with hot, soapy water.
