Thanks to the Bamix powder disk, your processor can finely powder many dry foods!

The powder disk fits exclusively into the 200ml Bamix processor. It reduces pepper, coffee beans, cinnamon, dried shrimps and vanilla to a fine powder. It's perfect for flavoring pie crust or adding a vanilla flavor to your custard!

The disc is made of PMMA, a transparent, lightweight and highly resistant synthetic material. To use it, simply place it over the processor's chopping blade, add the lid and the blender. Start work by pressing the blender's speed buttons.

Be sure to blend ingredients at temperatures between -20°C and +70°C to avoid damaging the disc. It should also be cleaned by hand to ensure long-lasting durability.
