The Beka Maestro non-stick frying pan combines performance with respect for your health! Thanks to its non-stick ceramic coating, it offers healthy cooking because it contains no PTFE or PFOA, ideal for reducing the use of fats. Perfect for searing vegetables, fish or delicate foods such as eggs, with no risk of sticking!
It's made from forged aluminum, which ensures a rapid, even heat-up for perfect cooking of all your dishes. What's more, aluminum is a lightweight material, making the pan easy to handle.
This frying pan works on all types of cooker: induction, gas, vitroceramic and electric. It can also be placed in the oven at up to 200°C to finalize your preparations.
Three sizes are available:
- 20cm: induction disc size: 15.3cm; height: 7cm; width: 21.5cm
- 24cm: induction disc size: 19cm; height: 8cm; width: 25cm
- 28cm: induction disc size: 23cm; height: 8.5cm; width: 29cm

When using your frying pan, use silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the ceramic coating. To preserve the coating, it's essential to clean the pan by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
