Fill the boiler with water up to the level of the safety valve, without covering it. Add ground coffee suitable for a moka pot, without packing it down. Place the coffee maker over low or medium heat, then turn off the heat when the coffee has risen into the upper chamber.
This model works on all types of stoves: gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and induction. Once it has cooled, disassemble the parts and rinse them with clean water. Hand washing is required—do not put it in the dishwasher!
