Craving a generous cup of mocha coffee from a coffee maker full of character? The light blue Bialetti Moka Exclusive Italian coffee maker features a vintage design inspired by Bialetti models from the 1960s. Its aluminum body ensures optimal heat conduction for brewing aromatic coffee right on the stovetop. A charming Italian icon that turns every break into a moment of dolce vita!
The aluminum body heats up quickly and efficiently distributes heat throughout the boiler. This allows water to flow evenly through the ground coffee, resulting in an intense, aromatic, and enjoyable cup. The boiler features an internal anti-oxidation coating, making it suitable for repeated use.
The silicone gasket and interior coating help protect the coffee during brewing. The Easy Clean safety valve is easy to clean, simplifying routine maintenance. The handle and lid knob, made of glossy light blue thermoplastic, ensure comfortable handling.
The glossy finish and the embossed Bialetti logo in polished steel enhance its retro look. This Italian moka pot is available in two sizes:
The capacities correspond to the traditional size of an Italian espresso cup. The 3-cup model is perfect for solo breaks or for two. The 6-cup model is ideal for generously sharing coffee!
Fill the boiler with water up to the level of the safety valve, without covering it. Add ground coffee suitable for Moka pots, without packing it down. Heat over low or medium heat, then turn off the heat when the coffee has risen into the upper chamber.
This coffee maker can be used on gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stovetops. Induction cooking is only possible with the dedicated Bialetti induction plate. Let it cool before disassembling, then rinse each part with clean water. Hand washing is required: do not use a dishwasher!
Since 1919, Bialetti has carried on the tradition of Italian coffee-making with coffee makers that are instantly recognizable. The brand combines Italian craftsmanship, expertise, and iconic design. Its famous mustache logo is a familiar sight to coffee lovers around the world!
