Graphite porcelain cup Revol Espresso Froissé 8cl

The Revol 8cl crinkled cup brings design and modernity to your coffee tasting!

Revol's crumpled cups are high-quality utensils widely acclaimed by restaurateurs and private individuals alike, thanks to their original shape.

Revol is a French family business founded in 1768. It is renowned for its top-of-the-range porcelain, developed from 100% natural mineral materials. This means that Revol porcelain presents no risk to your health or the environment, as it contains no heavy metals or chemicals.

The cup is made by Revol craftsmen in the Drôme region of France, using time-honored know-how. The first step is to pour the paste into a traditional mold. The setting time required is assessed by the craftsmen's expert eye, depending on the quality of the ceramic paste and the weather. Next comes thetrimming stage, which delicately removes the seam left by the mould's joints, while at the same time drawing the cup's lip. Finally, theglazing stage consists of immersing the cup in the glaze, held only by the craftsman's fingertips.

This 8cl mug is perfect for espresso or hazelnut coffee. Its dimensions of 6.5 x 6 cm turn it into a small, versatile kitchen utensil whenever needed. In fact, thanks to its porcelain fired at a very high temperature (1350°C), the cup is non-porous and resists oven heat.

The cup's enamel is very robust, and does not retain food tastes or odors. This mug is a utensil you can keep for a long time, as the enamel won't scratch or French fry. You can also use your mug to prepare individual savoury, sweet or frosted creations! It's freezer-safe down to -20°C!

Its Graphite color offers you elegant, modern tastings. This pretty dark hue will decorate your table with charm! What's more, it's easy to clean, as it's dishwasher-safe!

Revol also offers elegant oven dishes!
