Description

This box of 5 standard Fischer blades is suitable for professional electric band saws used by butchers and delicatessens. They are recommended for intensive cutting of fresh meat, which may or may not contain bones. They are made from Swedish stainless steel, an alloy renowned for its durability and the long-term quality of its wire. It is therefore highly recommended for the professional environment where it will be put to the toughest tests.

The steel is induction-hardened, making it even more resistant to knocks and increasing its wire retention capacity. The cutting surface of each blade is set, meaning that each tooth is alternately inclined from left to right. This widens the cutting surface and ensures a clean cut.
