Description
Blue for size 9 (L), also available in size 7 (S) (white) and size 8 (M) (red).
This ambidextrous Niroflex butcher's glove offers cut-resistant protection thanks to its composition in *high-performance polyethylene, also used in bulletproof vests.
It complies with current food contact standards, in accordance with regulation 1935/2004. So it's just as suitable for cuts of meat (beef, pork, chicken, etc.) as it is for cuts of fish.
Flexible and comfortable, this glove is also very interesting for amateur cooks wishing to protect themselves when cutting delicate foods.
It can be machine-washed at 85°C.
Please note: for maximum protection against penetration, we recommend the use of a chain mail butcher's glove.
