This ambidextrous Niroflex butcher's glove provides cut-resistant protection thanks to its composition of high-performance polyethylene, polyester and composite. Lightweight and safe!

It complies with food contact standards, in accordance with regulation 1935/2004. So it's just as suitable for cuts of meat (beef, pork, chicken...) as it is for cuts of fish.

Flexible and comfortable, this glove is also very interesting for amateur cooks wishing to protect themselves when cutting delicate foods.

It can be machine-washed at 85°C.

Please note: for maximum protection against penetration, we recommend the use of a chain mail butcher's glove.
