Description

This butcher saw is made in France by Fischer, the specialist in butcher's equipment!

The saw frame is made of stainless steel, so it's not susceptible to corrosion, a strong point for professional use. The saw blade supplied is also made of stainless steel.

The blade is attached to the support by means of a turnbuckle integral with the upright, for ease of use.

The handle is ergonomically designed for long, comfortable use.

Note that the blade is 5cm longer than the saw, so that it can easily be fixed to the upright. This 5cm difference is therefore normal.

The Fischer saw must be used with the corresponding Fischer blade. We do not guarantee compatibility between accessories of different brands or models.
