Matfer® Exoglass® oblong cake tin

This oblong cake tin is perfect for your long-form creations! You'll be able to create life-size éclairs or magnificent cakes and brioches! This shape avoids over-baked edges at the ends, for even more moistness!

Made from black Exoglass®, a sturdy, dimensionally stable and rust-proof material, this mold is the perfect partner for both sweet and savory recipes. Exoglass® allows you to achieve perfectly uniform coloring thanks to its ability to diffuse heat evenly throughout the mold. Its low thermal inertia is an asset, since you can handle your mold within seconds of taking it out of the oven without risk of burning yourself! What's more, its small handles make it easy for you to hold!

If your preparation contains fat, there's no need to grease your mold beforehand. However, to make sure your preparations are beautifully colored and to add a little extra flavor to your cake, you can add butter or oil before use. Exoglass® is non-stick, making it quick and easy to remove from the mold without the risk of your pastry sticking!

These molds are perfectly suited to modern, intensive use, as they can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to 250°C! In other words, you can put them in the freezer or oven without any problem. So they're ideal for professionals and hobbyists alike.

And when it comes to cleaning your molds, you can run them through the dishwasher to save time and ensure optimal cleaning!

This mold is available in two sizes to meet your most demanding gourmet expectations:

- 18 x 4.5 x 4.5mm (290cl capacity)

- 21 x 5.5 x 5.5mm (500cl capacity)
