The Gobel brand, which has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, uses its unique know-how to produce this wire-bound folded cake tin in France.
With a thickness of 0.5mm, this cake tin is made from high-grade steel with a ceramic-reinforced, two-layer non-stick coating, giving you a solid, long-lasting product.
Thanks to this coating, your cake can be easily removed from the mold without the need to add any fat beforehand. Undeformable, this mold ensures a perfect hold.
This cake tin is ovenproof up to 250°C, but should not be placed in direct contact with a flame. It is also advisable not to cut directly inside with a sharp object, as this may damage the coating.
To preserve all the qualities of this mold, wash it with a dishwashing liquid without using an abrasive sponge, and dry it well before storing.
