Rectangular mould with Exoglass® Matfer lid

This utensil is made entirely of Exoglass®, a material renowned in the kitchen for its sturdiness, dimensional stability and rigidity. It is also renowned for its ability to conduct heat throughout the mold, ensuring even cooking of your preparations. What's more, its low heat inertia makes it easy to handle within seconds of taking it out of the oven!

You can place your mold in the oven, of course, but also in the freezer, since Exoglass® can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +250°C!

Its non-stick properties are remarkable: unlike other non-stick molds, they do not fade over time. Another advantage of Exoglass® is that you don't need to add fat to your mold before use. However, for a beautiful golden color, you can lightly grease your mold with butter or olive oil. Quick and easy unmolding guaranteed!

To give your cake a perfectly rectangular shape, you can slide on the stainless steel lid. You can also fold it down to keep your cake fresher for longer.

As for maintenance, you can put this mold in the dishwasher for fast, efficient cleaning!
