This Gobel savarin mould is perfect for making savarin, baba, sponge cake... !

A leading French manufacturer of professional pastry molds, Gobel has been in business since 1887 and has been proudly supplying pastry molds ever since.

It is made of steel coated with a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating. The double layer makes this mold more resistant and less fragile in use, for guaranteed durability. The non-stick coating ensures easy and perfect release from the mold.

This mold can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C, and is PFOA-free to guarantee safe cooking and use.

The mold measures 24cm in diameter and 5.8cm in height.

Care instructions: wash by hand with washing-up liquid (no abrasive sponges) and dry thoroughly.
