The Gobel 18 mini burger tray is ideal for making homemade burger buns for your aperitifs! It has 18 4 cm-diameter moulds, which are also ideal for making blinis, mini-cookies and macaroons. It's a versatile baking tray!

It's made of steel with a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating. This double-layer finish makes the plate less fragile and more durable!

The coating makes demolding easy. In fact, your preparations can be removed from the mold without sticking, and without the need to add fat before baking.

For simple, healthy use: the baking sheet can withstand oven temperatures of up to 250°C and is guaranteed PFOA-free.

An original gourmet recipe is supplied with the tray!

We advise you to clean your utensil with washing-up liquid without abrasive sponges, and to dry it well before storing. Dishwashers are not recommended, as they may damage your equipment.
