This assortment is made up of a variety of round, square, fluted or plain models, allowing you to vary the shapes and recipes! They can be used for aperitifs such as pizzas, quiches and individual pissaladières, as well as desserts or café gourmand dishes such as mini fruit tarts, chocolate barquettes, brownies...

The box includes 30 petits fours, 6 in each of the following shapes:

- Fluted round: 4.5 x 4.5 x 1 cm

- Square fluted: 3.5 x 3.5 x 1 cm

- Bateau calisson: 6 x 1 cm

- Plain round: 4 x 4 x 1 cm

- Plain diamond: 6 x 1 cm

Made from steel, a tough, durable material. It's an excellent conductor of heat, allowing perfect cooking of your savory and sweet preparations. The non-stick coating aids removal from the mold and prevents your petits-fours from sticking to the bottom of the pan. What's more, they're guaranteed PFOA-free: healthy cooking guaranteed!

The molds are ovenproof and can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C.

We recommend washing these Utensils with washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge, then drying thoroughly.
