Remember those little madeleines you used to bake at grandma's house over a cup of hot chocolate? Now you can make them at home with this De Buyermold from the Moul'fex range. With this pastry utensil, you can make up to 30 mini madeleines.

It's made from high-grade steamed food-grade silicone. This ensures perfectly optimized baking and heat convection, resulting in a deliciously soft madeleine to delight your guests. What's more, this Silicon mold is perfectly resistant to temperature variations (from -40° to 280°). So it's oven- and freezer-safe.

Being flexible and non-stick, this mold is quick and easy to remove from the mold for impeccable results.

Tip: We recommend greasing this mold before use. This prevents those classic treats from sticking to the surface.

Finally, hand-washing is recommended.
