Bérard handmade olive wood pancake rake 22x19.5cm

Founded by Marius Bérard, the Bérard brand has been around since 1892. Many years of experience have enabled this family-run business to perfect its woodworking techniques. Today, its products are among the most sought-after in the kitchen and tableware sector. Wood, a natural material, adds a touch of authenticity that is appreciated by all. What's more, the company's workshops border the Mediterranean basin, so as to be as close as possible to the trees.

This Bérard crepe rake is the ideal utensil for spreading your preparations cleanly. Whether in the frying pan or on the crêpe griddle, you're sure to make a success of your crêpes with this rake. Handcrafted from olive wood, it's highly resistant and its construction prevents scratching your pans. It has been nourished with beeswax to make it even more resistant.

Note also that this Bérard crepe rake has been handcrafted according to the age-old know-how of their craftsmen. A know-how that has been handed down from generation to generation. What's more, each rake is unique, as wood is a living material and therefore has different grain patterns.

To wash, simply rinse and dry your pancake rake. Avoid the dishwasher to preserve the quality of the wood. Regular maintenance with vegetable oil or wax will increase its durability.

From now on, prepare perfect, authentic crepes with this elegant Berard crepe rake.
