Serving honey has never been easier thanks to the Bérard boxwood spoon!
The honey spoon is made from boxwood. This wood is very strong, making it long-lasting. The end of the spoon has a grooved ball called a "shelf".
These shelves are the part you dip into your honeypot. It couldn't be simpler! Simply dip the shelves vertically into the honeypot, take out the spoon and let the excess honey drip out over the top of the pot. The spoon holds just the right amount of honey you need.
To serve your honey dose, tilt the spoon horizontally and rotate it to pour out the honey. The honey streaks out gently.
To clean your honey spoon, we recommend hand-washing to preserve the qualities of the boxwood.
