The De Buyer B Bois crêpe scraper helps you make fine crêpes!
This crêpe scraper is designed by De Buyer in natural beech wood. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests in the Vosges.
The raclette is made in France, not far from the forests where the beech wood comes from. The squeegee is treated with beeswax to protect the wood.
Measuring 20cm long, the squeegee's handle is easy to grip and its rounded shape makes it comfortable to use. The scraper measures 16cm wide and quickly spreads a large quantity of buckwheat pancake or galette batter. Savory and sweet crepes are yours!
As wood doesn't like water, we recommend washing the scraper by hand, then drying it thoroughly before placing it in your utensil jar.
