Description

Are you an oyster lover? Then you know you need the right tool to open them without damaging or injuring yourself. A good oyster knife is an essential accessory to meet these needs! There are all kinds of models to choose from, but the Charles Canon oyster knife is sure to win you over!

This elegant knife is made in France. The Charles Canon Dutilleul Industries workshop is located on a former terril (artificial hill created by the accumulation of mine tailings), in the Nord Pas-de-Calais region of France. The company has specialized in the creation of luxury objects in a variety of materials for decades. The workshop is thus the bearer of know-how handed down through several generations.

Here, you can admire the Charles Canon oyster knife made from recycled scallop shells!

The steel used to create the blade comes from central France. It's a stainless alloy with 0.6% carbon and 13.5% chromium. This alloy is widely used by professionals, as it offers good resistance to corrosion and wear, and is easy to maintain when the need arises. It is therefore a very good option for use in the kitchen, particularly on seafood and shellfish.

The blade extends all the way to the end of the handle, making it full tang. This makes the knife even more resistant and well-balanced. Its wide cutting surface also makes it more robust.

The scallops used in the creation of this knife come from the Bay of Saint Brieuc, so that the knife can continue to see the light of day under the tricolor banner. The raw material for the handle comes from various networks: fishmongers, restaurants, etc. Harvesting is carried out at different levels to recycle the product as far as possible. The company then cleans the raw material, crushes it and stabilizes it in resin.

Each handle is therefore unique, as the pieces used come from different shells. You'll appreciate its iridescent appearance in the main tones of beige and powder pink.

The wood used in the knife's presentation box is of French origin. Not only does the box allow you to store your knife efficiently once you've finished using it, but you can also easily give it as a gift to a knife-loving friend!

This knife is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, thanks to its strong values, enhanced by a timeless and original design!

Don't wait any longer and treat yourself, and discover all the oyster knives we've selected for you!
