Instructions for use

Before using for the first time, wash the dish with a soft sponge, hot water and a little washing-up liquid. To preserve the non-stick coating, avoid metal utensils and abrasive sponges. Hand-washing is still recommended. Also beware of high temperatures: avoid heating the dish when empty, avoid using the grill mode, and handle the dish with potholders.
