Steel Green® stainless steel: a combination of efficiency and safety

Cookut sets new standards for stainless steel with an exclusive material:Steel Green® stainless steel, an alloy that combines efficiency, safety and durability. The pan body is made up of 3 layers of metal:

• An inner layer of nickel-free Steel Green® stainless steel: suitable for allergy sufferers and stable against acidic foods
• A central layer of recycled aluminum: conducts heat quickly and evenly across the entire cooking surface
• An outer layer of ferritic stainless steel: ensures perfect compatibility with induction and shock resistance

This 3-ply body is compatible with all burners: induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic, and can be used in ovens and grills up to +220°C (without handle).

But Cookut doesn't stop there: the stainless steel frying pan is reinforced with copper, to boost thermal reactivity, and titanium, to prolong its durability over time. As a result, the Cookut La Merveilleuse frying pan can do it all, without a non-stick coating. It is guaranteed PFAS- and PFOA-free, and its surface becomes naturally non-stick at the right temperature, without the addition of any product. The drip test will guide you towards non-stick cooking.

With its useful dimensions of 24 x 5 cm and a volume of 1.3 liters, this pan has a versatile format ideal for portions of 2 to 4 people. It makes it easy to prepare :

Cooking in a Cookut stainless steel frying pan is easy as long as you follow the basic preheating instructions:

• Heat your empty Cookut pan over medium heat
• Pour in a drop of water: if it beads and rolls, you can cook
• Sear meats dry: they will naturally detach after caramelization
• For more fragile foods (eggs, vegetables...), add a little fat after the drop of water test

Thanks to its Steel Green® stainless steel construction, this pan is ultra-responsive. It allows you to cook over low to medium heat without losing heat, while preserving the natural flavors of your food. Its thick bottom limits hot spots, for even, tasty, clean cooking.

Advice on use and care

• Clean by hand to preserve its exterior color

Do

• not use abrasive sponges or aggressive products
• To remove juices: deglaze while hot or soak in lukewarm water
• Do not leave the handle in the oven or under the grill (max. +220°C)
