The non-stick mineral coating allows cooking without the addition of fat, while guaranteeing smooth release from the mold.

This oven utensil withstands a maximum temperature of 220°C, perfectly suited to the majority of home recipes.
Advice on use and care
Before using for the first time, wash your dish inhot, soapy water. Then apply a light film of oil (excluding olive oil), and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C without the separator. Once cooled, a second quick wash is all that's required.
On a daily basis, use a little paper-wiped oil to preserve the coating. Avoid metal utensils and prefer hand-washing with a soft sponge. The dishwasher is still an option, in moderation.
