Directions for use

Before using for the first time, wash your dish inhot, soapy water. To boost its non-stick effectiveness, apply a little oil (excluding olive oil), spread evenly, then bake at 180°C for 5 minutes without the separator. Once cooled, quickly rinse.

The separator is easy to use: insert it in the direction indicated, press firmly to create a suction-cup effect and make sure it's positioned correctly. Remove before demolding for a perfect result. It should never be used when the oven is in grill mode.

When cooking, never exceed 220°C , and avoid metal utensils which could damage the coating. Use felt to preserve the coating. Always clean and dry the outside before cooking to avoid encrusted marks. Hand-washing with hot soapy water and a soft sponge is recommended.
