Instructions for use
Before using for the first time, perform a quick basting with a little oil (excluding olive oil) to optimize non-stick performance. When cooking, use only non-metallic utensils to preserve the coating.
Never exceed 220°C, and avoid prolonged vacuum cooking. The separator must never be used when the oven is in grill mode. For cleaning, prefer hand-washing with a soft sponge: fast, efficient and perfect for prolonging the life of your utensil.
