This set of 4 Cristel stainless steel saucepans from the Strate Amovible range embodies French culinary intelligence. They combine sleek design, durable materials and formidable modularity thanks to their compatibility with the removable handles and handles of the Strate range. Sold without handles, they stack perfectly, moving from the stove to the oven, then to the table without changing dishes. A compendium of efficiency for demanding cooks and well-thought-out kitchens.

Technical materials for perfect, even cooking

The pans in this set are made from solid 18/10 stainless steel, a material renowned for its strength, corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance. They feature a brushed matte finish, making them less susceptible to marks.

• Solid 18/10 stainless steel: durable, top-quality stainless steel
• Brushed finish: easy to maintain and sober
• Made in France: Cristel know-how

These pans feature a wrap-around L-shaped thermodiffuser bottom. This unique Cristel design ensures excellent heat distribution:

• The base is the same as the bottom of the pans, in solid 18/10 stainless steel
• The added bottom is composed of:
• A layer of aluminum: uniform and rapid diffusion
• A layer of magnetic stainless steel: induction compatible

This wrap-around base rises from the bottom of the pan sides. This structure ensures an even temperature rise and efficient cooking on all burners, including induction.

This Cristel set contains 4 stainless steel saucepans for maximum versatility in the kitchen:

Practical, ultra-versatile pans

This set of Strate Amovable saucepans removes all limits in the kitchen: they go everywhere with you! Thanks to their thermodiffuser L base, the pans ensure efficient heating on all heat sources:

Designed for everyday use, they feature two grip zones designed to accommodate Cristel's removable handles (sold separately). Simply clip on, cook, serve or store!

They have a wide pouring rim so you can transfer sauces and broths without accident. And once stacked, they are discreet in your cupboards. Efficient, sober and space-saving: everything we love about a well-thought-out kitchen.

Looking after my Cristel stainless steel saucepans

18/10 stainless steel is a robust material, but it needs a little attention to keep it shining for a long time! These Strate saucepans are designed to withstand regular use without flinching. To keep them looking like new:

• Wash them by hand with a soft sponge for a shiny result
• Avoid abrasive pads which dull the brushed finish
• In case of cooking marks, use a special stainless steel cleaner
• Don't feel like doing the dishes? Put them in the dishwasher!

That way, your pots and pans are always ready for use, clean, crisp and snag-free!
