This karambit knife features a hawkbill blade in extremely robust D2 steel with titanium nitride finish, and a handle made from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum. There's also a karambit-specific digital ring for a firm, comfortable grip.
The opening system is a revolutionary Kinematic mechanism designed by Joe himself.
The knife's simplicity and ergonomics make it ideal for both professionals and amateurs. Simply insert your index finger into the ring, grasp the handle firmly and press lightly with your thumb on the deployment curve. The open position is held in place by a solid locking mechanism. Folding back is just as simple: just press the lever on the base of the handle, while returning the blade to its retracted position.
In keeping with his ingenuity, Joe has integrated a very special pocket clip to this karambit, which is also a first, as it requires a slight touch to appear, and then all you have to do is hang it up!
