The CRKT DELILAH'S P.E.C.K(Precision Engineered Compact Knife) is a small EDC* knife that's easy to keep handy. It was designed by Ed Halligan (Mississippi), one of the first manufacturers to work with CRKT. The idea here is to keep the knife small, while allowing it to have some very practical functions.
The handle of theDELILAH'S P.E.C.K knife measures 6.7cm. It is made of stainless steel, which has a proven reputation in cutlery. It is robust and resistant to corrosion and impact.
The end of the handle has a hole for hanging a cord, for example, so you always have it to hand. Alternatively, you can use the clip on the back of the knife to hang it on the cuff of a trouser pocket. You can also use it as a billfold to hold cash in case of emergency.
The sharp-edged Piétain blade measures approximately 4.4cm. It is made of 420J2 stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 52-55 HRC.
The blade is manually extended using the small lug on the top of the cutting surface. A simple one-handed movement of the thumb brings the blade into cutting position.
The blade is locked in place by the Framelock system: the very structure of the handle moves under the blade to lock it in place and guarantee safe use.
