A handcrafted magnet bar in precious wood

Romain is a talented craftsman who has meticulously crafted this bar using ebony from Gabon. His search for the finest logs enables him to sublimate the distinctive grain of each piece of wood. Gabonese ebony, a precious species, stands out for its black hue, the deepest of all ebony varieties. The wood's veins, which range from black to brown, add a touch of elegance to the whole.

Gabonese ebony is a dense, solid wood with long-lasting durability. It is highly prized for knife handles and decorative objects.

Romain polished each of his magnet bars to achieve an impeccable finish and soft-touch texture. He also added a personal touch by pyrographically etching his logo, which adds authenticity and originality.

Powerful neodymium magnets are located on the back of the bar. They are nickel-coated to resist corrosion, then cast in resin. Each knife slot is fitted with two magnets to ensure perfect blade contact with the magnetic bar.

The Gabonese ebony n°1 magnet bar is designed to accommodate 6 kitchen knives.

To fix the magnet bar to the wall, you can use the two slots on either side to insert fasteners (fastening system not supplied).

Note that placing your knives on the bar may cause slight marks to appear. To nourish and protect your bar, we recommend applying a few drops of untinted mineral oil for wood, such as Boos Blocks oil.
