It is the fruit of 5 years of research. The laser fusion of titanium carbides on the edge of the blade marks an important innovation in the history of cutlery. The blade's durability and cutting quality, measured by CATRA (an independent laboratory), set new world records.
The cutting quality of this knife will last no less than 300 times longer than steel blades and up to 5 times longer than ceramic blade references.
