The fruit of 5 years of Research & Development, the EVERCUT knife is based on the technology of the same name: the fusion of an ultra-hard material, titanium carbide, onto the edge of a stainless steel blade using a state-of-the-art laser beam (at an instantaneous temperature of over 4000°c). This reinforced edge is then profiled and sharpened by diamond grinding wheels, the only material capable of machining the EVERCUT blade.
