The Fischer series of Sandvik knives with ergonomic handles is a range of knives highly recommended for and by professionals. In fact, they have been designed to be ergonomic and long-lasting.
In fact, the 17cm blade is made of top-quality Swedish Sandvik stainless steel: its strength is matched only by its sharpness. This steel is called 12C27, and achieves a hardness of 56 to 57 HRC on the Rockwell scale. Its cutting quality is incomparable, and its edge retention is superior to that of standard steels. As a result, the frequency of sharpening will be divided by 2, which is not insignificant for prolonged use! In fact, the first sharpening operation was carried out by a specialized, ultra-precise robot, for a remarkable cutting edge.
The handle is a very important part of this knife's design. It has been designed to be as comfortable and hygienic as possible. Designed in polypropylene (which provides an ideal seal with the blade), over 80% of the handle is covered with a highly flexible elastomer, offering excellent grip and optimum comfort. It also features anti-slip ridges and a shape adapted to different hand shapes and sizes. As a result, you'll be able to use it for a long time, without feeling any fatigue. It's also highly effective against RSI (musculoskeletal disorders). Finally, you can wash it easily and effortlessly.
So this range, developed for industry, will suit all professionals who want to equip themselves in the best possible way!
