Set of 6 Matfer Exoglass® fluting moulds

This set of 6 cannelé moulds is perfect for creating cannelé, that speciality from Bordeaux! Let your imagination run wild and bring your wildest ideas to life!

These molds are made from black Exoglass®. The properties of this material are remarkable: Exoglass® is dimensionally stable, robust and rustproof. Heat flows through it evenly, allowing you to achieve perfectly homogeneous baking results. Its low thermal inertia means that the mold can be handled within seconds of being removed from the oven, without risk of burns.

Another special feature of Exoglass® is that the mold does not need to be greased before use. Unlike most other non-stick molds, its non-stick properties hold up over time. Quick and easy release guaranteed! However, to add exceptional flavor to your cannelés and give them their distinctive golden color, you can add butter or oil before use.

This set is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +250°C! This means you can place your molds in the oven, or keep them in the freezer or refrigerator.

And when it comes to cleaning your molds, you can run them through the dishwasher to save time and ensure optimal cleaning!
